Our plantains come from small plantations in the exotic jungles of Peru. We handpick the plantains when they reach the perfect level of ripeness and process them fresh, retaining all of their natural goodness. The plantains are sliced and then cooked in pure palm oil and dusted in sea salt to bring out the natural flavor. The result is a light, crispy, fresh tasting snack that you will thoroughly enjoy. They are perfect for dips and so tasty that you will want to munch them like potato chips but with half the fat. We like to pair them with Guacamole Dip and fresh salsa.
